Accounts

Accounts are for adults. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the actions taken under your account. Apprentice and learner accounts must be authorised by a responsible adult.

Academies and ownership

Each academy has at least one owner at all times. Ownership transfer is a dedicated, protected flow and cannot be performed by an AI assistant. Owners are responsible for the content their academy stores and for the roles they grant.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another academy’s data, probe or bypass access controls, or use the platform to harm children. We may suspend an academy that puts learners at risk.

Content ownership

Your academy keeps ownership of the curriculum, lore, chronicles, and media it creates. We store and process it to run the service and nothing else.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is during the founding-pilot period. We may change features, and we will announce meaningful changes in the Help Center’s What’s New page.

Termination

You can export and delete your academy at any time from Academy Settings. Deleted academies enter a restoration window before permanent removal.
